Here at Snarlton Farm, you will boost your health, your fitness and your fat burning potential. Not only will you experience greater feelings of revitalisation and increased energy from training outdoors, you will experience extreme results whilst having fun! There is no shouting or military style scare tactics, just encouragement, motivation and a desire to get you the results you want.

 

Designed to give you a full body workout, our sessions train a cross section of muscle groups using numerous energy systems. You will be building functional strength combined with hard, fast, varied and effective training for fat loss, muscle tone and impressive definition! 

 

Sessions are heavy on fun and mutual encouragement no matter what your fitness level, your age or your ability. All sessions are carefully constructed so that everybody works to their own maximum ability and potential - you will be encouraged, motivated and pushed to your own individual limits.

 

Every session is different but they will always be challenging, fun, sweaty and guaranteed to get results - what's not to love?!
