We appreciate how hard it is to find time to exercise after you've had your baby.


We offer mum and baby classes (from any point after you have had your 6 week GP check up) which mean you can bring your baby along whist you work out.


All sessions are designed carefully to safely work your postnatal body whilst also leaving you feeling energised and ready to take on the day ahead!
